The website we offer to you can be customised from the basic website of just one page up to the full website we offer which has many more pages as you will see on the example website.
As you will see below our prices are very reasonable and are priced to suit your budget. Why spend lots of money on newspaper advertisements listing all the details in the advert when you can just point your newspaper advert, or another other advert to your website and save a fortune. A typical advert for several lines in a classified advert section of a newspaper normally costs anything from €40 per issue upwards, this website saves you this expence and allows you to put a basic line advert pointing to your website where you will have much more information to show a potential buyer! It is a winning formula for you for so little expence.!
Our Price Packages:
In order to minimise our prices and to enable us to keep them low as possible for you, we do two things. We place discreet sponsored adverts on the website and also we ask for a minimum term of a 6 month period which covers our hosting costs and your website set up cost. However, you can contact us for a lesser period but we would then need to charge for the setup which would actually cost you more.
If you wish to book any of the below packages please send a detailed email stating your requirements and the appropriate amount of images which must be of a suitable size and quality (minimum of 600 x 400 pixels) we will then contact you with the payment details to submit. Upon clearance of payment we will then commence the creation of your very own website.
You can chose the price package that suits your needs best, the prices are as follows :-
Bronze Package:
The bronze package consists of one main web page with one image and a basic amount of information on your property for sale and also including 6 months hosting and setup costs for only €75. Silver Package:
The silver package consists of the bronze package and in addition to that there is a further page in which you can place up to 2 more images with room for more detailed additional information. This package is also including 6 months hosting and setup costs for only €110 for additional months we charge €12 per month. Gold Package:
The gold package consists of the silver package and in addition to that there is a further page in which you can place up to 6 more images. This package is also including 6 months hosting and setup costs for only €130 for additional months we charge €16 per month. Platinum Package:
The platinum package consists of the gold package plus a map to outline the exact position of your property for sale on a Google map.. This package is also including 6 months hosting and setup costs for only €150 for additional months we charge €20 per month. If you buy the Silver, Gold or Platinum Package we will give you a 40mm x 40mm single box advert in each issue of the Malta Now newspaper, for the duration of your package, absolutely free of charge!
