I would consider a swap for another property, or property and cash, or property and a luxury boat (nothing ancient) and must be moored legally in Malta. However, the property must be located in Malta in or around the north or north west of the country. Also the swap must be of comparable value. I would consider land of a large size in the same area of Malta if the property is small. Property condition is not such an issue but must be reasonably habitable, although we will consider a ruin. Also it is a must that outline planning permission for new build, renovation and/or amplification is available in the event of it being needed as no swap will proceed without it.

Owner Financing:

The owner would consider owner financing due to the reluctance of banks to offer mortgages. The Area

Aguas de Busot is known throughout Alicante as being the "Lungs of Alicante", located 400 metres above sea level and also known for the old Balnearios de Busot which although now closed was said to have healing properties in the water, visited by British and Spanish royalty in the old days. Aguas de Busot even has its own castle! The local fiesta is held at the very end of August and early September. The village itself has all the amenities necessary, including; post office, bread shop, mini Consum supermarket, CAM bank, butchers shop, antique shop, local Counci, recreational facilities and several other shops. Also there are numerous bars and restaurants. Situated only 8 kilometres from the A7 motorway and 9 kilometres from Campello. Aguas de Busot is an unspoilt village as mass construction is frowned upon by the local council and therefore the associated problems don't exist. The first sunday in every month the local craft fair is held in the village square.
